EVENT

The Asian Legal Awards ceremony is dedicated to promoting and celebrating the achievements of Asian lawyers in the legal profession.

VENUE

Royal Lancaster Hotel, London

SOLUTION

A dynamic set and stage design was installed using two 4m x 2.5m with a 1.5m x 2.5m central LED screen, Chauvet EPIX strips and branded stage flats. Screens ran on S3 barco presentation system with EC50 control, Mac Pro playback with sound via d&b. ROBE 150 lights were used and generic stage wash lighting. In the guest reception area a 16ft x 8ft media board and seating plan were also provided.
