Fujifilm Acuity Prime L
UV flatbed, 3,200 x 2,000 mm bed.
Machine details
A true flatbed UV printer with a 3.2 by 2 metre bed, printing direct onto rigid and flexible substrates at up to 202 sqm per hour. Six vacuum zones and 16 registration pins hold the work dead flat, and dual-zone printing runs two jobs side by side. CMYK plus white, clear and a jettable primer, so difficult materials bond without any offline pre-treatment.

Liyu Platinum Hybrid Q3
Hybrid roll and rigid, 3.2 m wide.
Machine details
A 3.2 metre hybrid LED-UV press that runs roll media and rigid board on the same machine, taking material up to 50 mm thick at resolutions up to 2,880 dpi. Up to eight ink channels including white and varnish on Ricoh Gen-6 heads. This is the machine behind banners, fabric, wallpaper, floor graphics and boards too thick for a standard press.

Zund G3 Digital Cutter
CNC cutting, routing and creasing.
Machine details
The modular flatbed cutter that finishes everything we print. Contour cutting, through-cutting, kiss-cutting, routing, creasing and perforating on roll, sheet and rigid media up to 110 mm thick. Tool heads swap between blade, router, oscillating knife, rotary for textiles and creasing wheel, so shaped signage, standees, cut vinyl and folded builds all come off one bed.

Machine details
A 100 watt CO2 laser for precision detail, cutting up to 20 mm on a 1,300 by 900 mm bed. It cuts and engraves acrylic, wood, MDF, card, foam, rubber, slate, glass and anodised aluminium: the machine behind acrylic letters and logos, engraved awards and plaques, laser-cut props and etched signage.

What This Kit Lets Us Produce
Because we print, cut and laser under one roof, almost anything you can draw can be made, and made quickly.
Direct-to-Substrate Rigid Print
No mounting, no laminating.
Printed straight onto Foamex, Dibond, acrylic, Correx, foamboard, MDF, ply, glass, metal and timber. Because the ink goes direct to the board, panels stay flat, look sharper and turn round faster than mounted print.
White Ink, Clear and Backlit
Print on clear and dark materials.
White ink and clear varnish open up clear acrylic, dark and coloured substrates, double-sided panels, day and night backlit graphics, spot-gloss highlights and raised textured finishes that you can feel.
Roll, Fabric and Floor Graphics
Up to 3.2 metres wide.
Banners, PVC, mesh, self-adhesive vinyl, tension fabric, wallpaper and slip-rated floor graphics, all off the hybrid roll-fed machine, in single runs up to 3.2 metres wide.
Shaped and Contour-Cut Work
Any shape you can draw.
Contour-cut letters and logos, standees and cutouts, shaped signage, kiss-cut decals and stickers, routed rigid panels, and creased and folded builds. Cut to the artwork, not to a rectangle.
Laser-Cut Acrylic and Engraving
Precision detail and awards.
Acrylic letters and logos, engraved awards, plaques and trophies, etched slate, wood and anodised aluminium, plus laser-cut props and fine set detail for scenic builds.
Thick and Unusual Materials
Up to 50 mm print, 110 mm cut.
Foam blocks, honeycomb board, timber, packaging and three-dimensional elements. If it fits on the bed we can print it and cut it, which is how bespoke exhibition stands and scenic pieces come together.

Send us your brand guidelines or let us design from scratch. We build or prepare the artwork at the right scale for the material.

UV LED printing on the flatbed or hybrid, on the right material, with sample prints for sign off on critical runs. Same day turnaround on most jobs.

Finish
Laminated, contour cut, mounted or edge bonded, with vinyl pre masked for install. Every piece is checked before it leaves the facility.

Our own crew fits on site after a Site survey, outside trading hours where required and around a live programme when the event needs it.

Our corporate event printing services run entirely under one roof, from artwork through to install. UV LED flatbed and hybrid presses print straight onto rigid and roll materials, our finishers laminate, cut and edge bond to your spec, and our own installers fit it all on site, around a live programme when the day demands it.
Same day turnaround is available on most jobs, and late artwork changes and last minute reprints stay in house, so nothing waits on an outside supplier. UV LED curing means every print comes off the machine dry and odour free, so graphics can go up indoors during a live event without ventilation worries.

01What print formats do you produce?
Everything from a single banner or pull-up stand to a full exhibition build. We make custom event banners, floor graphics, window vinyls, backlit panels and shaped cutouts on our own equipment, and as custom event signage specialists we cover exhibition stand graphics, hero walls and fascia signage, with show day install and reprint cover.
02Do you install what you print?
Yes. Most print jobs include our own install crew as standard. If your installers are already on site, we can supply the print on its own.
03How quickly can you quote?
Most enquiries get a quote the same day. Larger multi-panel jobs or full stand builds can take a little longer while we review the artwork and material requirements properly.
04Where do you work?
We are London based and print for venues across the city as standard, with exhibition work supplied to ExCeL, Olympia, the NEC and bespoke venues further afield. Still have questions?
